We will provide practical sessions with a focus on the Sports Academies we currently offer: Golf, American Football, Netball, Male and Female Football, Table Tennis, Basketball, Female Rugby and Athletics. We’ll also be offering sessions on strength and conditioning, degree content, and our internship programmes.

You will begin with a grand tour of the amazing campus and facilities we have to offer here at SGS College, which will be sure to send you into awe and get the day off to a great start.

TALK FROM A HE LECTURER ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Next you will hear first hand from one of our talented and experienced higher education lecturers, who will tell you everything you need to know about our engaging programmes.

AN INTRO SESSION FOR AMERICAN FOOTBALL
(MALE AND FEMALE PARTICIPATION)
Last and definitely not least, you will have the opportunity to participate in at least one sports activity which we specialise and run here at the college.
