National Careers Service

The NCS offer free and impartial information, advice and guidance to help you with your decisions about careers, courses and work.

Barclays Life Skills

The site offers tips and tools for CV writing, interviews and using social media to support career progression. There are zones for young people, parents and teachers which contain appropriate resources.

Prospects

You can take the Prospects Career Planner quiz to find out what careers match with your skills, motivations and passions. The website also lets you explore graduate jobs, postgraduate study, advice about work experience, internship opportunities and graduate careers.

The Prince's Trust

The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that gives practical and financial support and helps young people develop key workplace skills. The Trust works with 11 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law, to build their confidence and start a career.
